Standing at checkout......Pressed assistance button while looking at the two middle aged female employees about 20 ft away chatting. One looked at her hand held device....then continued talking...about the new halloween decor...about a co worker.. about work..about the decor....about halloween decor... During this I patiently waited...took a call of my own...luckily a young man passed by and I asked him if he could help me... I worked retail over 19 yrs...IF I really wanted too...i couldve very easily walked out with all of my items...Like the person who used the self check out behind me most likely did since it was still waiting for the invisible customer to pay for their balloons... lol... Good luck to this store .....

Michaels is a great store for all your arts and crafts projects, and they have a bit of home decor as well. The staff there is pretty friendly. For the most part, when I went there, it was pretty empty; there weren't that many people. They are well stocked with lots of arts and craft materials such as paints, fake flowers, beads, fabrics, as well as party supplies.

It seems smaller than other locations which means not as much variety. Plus some products I have been looking for have been out of stock for close to a month. Seems like Tannasborne has better inventory. But overall I'll keep visiting it since it's my closest location. The store staff are limited but helpful if needed.

I'm so happy to have this store so close. I can alway find what I need, and have always been greeted by super friendly people. And the fabrics are finally coming!! Yay!

This is my first experience with a new Michaels store. The interior is beautiful, and I really like how they’ve changed the layout from the other Michaels near by. Everything is currently staged beautifully and is a real treat for the eyes! Hopefully the staff will be able to keep up the beautiful placement of all the product in rainbow order. We had good experiences with the staff when we chose to interact with them. No staff members greeted us or asked us if we needed help with anything. There were many available staff members on the sales floor.
